I need some additional information regarding service 
request #78565

Description: GFA replacing 20170669[Edit Inv]

Your replacement GFA is being set up right now. It 
will already come with Microsoft Applications and 
Adobe. Is there any  other specific software that 
you would like installed on the computer? Also, what 
day and time can a tech come in and set up for you? 
Please let us know asap.
