Good Morning, 

Our office is looking to go back to remote work for part of the week. To prepare for this, I wanted to reach out to see if I can get my UCS Loaner laptop fixed. Currently, it shuts off anytime the charger is unplugged and does not turn on unless attached to the charger. 

Please let me know if you need more information.
