Description: Clone hard drive onto NVMe and replace.

I would like to get this done for you this morning. 
Is there a preferred time that I drop by your office 
and/or someone I should talk to who can let me in to 
work on your computer?

I'm usually in by noon, so that's a good target.  
If it doesn't work to assign it to another tech, I 
can just find something else to do while you work 
on my computer.  I'm happy to get it fixed, so am 
willing to accommodate what works best for you 
guys.

Unfortunately I only work in afternoon but I can 
totally assign it to a different tech that would 
be able to do it in the morning for you. What time 
to you come in so I can tell them when it needs to 
be done?

Thank you for reaching out.  I'm in most 
afternoons.  Is it possible to come in one morning 
(not a Tuesday) and work on it before I get in?  I 
can make sure everything is backed up on my 
network drive and let the office know you would be 
in to take care of it.

Hi Tiffany,

Description: Clone hard drive onto NVMe and replace.

Nathen told me that we are looking at cloning your 
hard drive to have it run better. This process 
should take about 45 min to an hour so I was 
wondering when would be a good day/time to schedule 
with you to get it done.
