Description: Issues Connecting Second Monitor

This is Moshe from UCS. I have a ticket in here saying that you need assistance connecting your second monitor to your docking station. Would you be available this morning for me to take a look and see if we need to replace anything?

user was given an old monitor by her dept. for use as a second monitor. this monitor is from 2010ish. 

needs a tech to go over to determine if the old monitor is useable or if we can loan her a monitor, etc.
