I updated it and restarted and it seems to be 
running normally.  I'm closing the ticket but we 
should remember this if it happens again soon.

Yes, I have restarted it.  It came back on 
temporarily and said to wait for updates then went 
off again.  The light is off again.

Jeannie,

Are there any lights or buttons still on? Just 
want to get an idea of the situation and include 
that in the ticket as well. I will create a ticket 
for our techs to check it out, in the meantime 
have you tried restarting the computer tower?

The physical plant front office computer monitors 
both shut off.  #20171093[Edit Inv].  It just shut off while 
someone was working and we are not able to bring 
them back.
