Hi Isidore,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #78621

Description: Computer is running very slow.

So it sounds like to speed up your computer we are 
going to replace your hard drive with a faster one. 
I was wondering if you are ok with new image or if 
you want us to clone your current hard drive. I 
would suggest a fresh image because that will help 
your computer run better. Let me know which you 
would prefer as well as when would be a good time to 
get that replaced for you.

Replace hard drive with NVMe. Confirm first if he is 
OK with a new clean image, or if he requires us to 
clone his hard drive.
