Since the computer is still under warranty, we have 
sent into Dell to get a replacement for the loud 
fan. While that part is being shipped, I wanted to 
know if you would like a temporary loaner computer?

Jennifer is on leave but we can look at her computer 
while she's gone

One of the monitors is not working properly, and 
the computer fan is very loud, might need to be 
cleaned out? Wants to know if someone can come fix 
the monitor and then take the computer back to UCS 
to check on it, she has another computer she can 
work from while her computer is with us.
