HD copied to an NVMe and the NVMe was installed in 
the computer. Computer booted up and logged in 
perfectly. Returned the computer to user's desk.

Description: Replaced Hard Drive with new 500GB NVMe 
SSD

I see that Alice Hodge was helping you replace your 
hard drive with a new NVMe SSD. She has moved 
departments, so I wanted to check in with you and 
try and get this finished for you. When would be the 
best time for us to work on your computer?

tower was returned to the user with nvme upgrade postponed due to time concerns;
they might need help backing up their chrome bookmarks but files are already backed up, recommend helping w/ the bookmarks then arranging a time to complete the upgrade.

couldn't clone the drive, probably due to duo? 
working on just having a basic image ready and then probably assisting with file backups as they are minimal for the user.

followed up today and got the wou number; computer is a dell tower 20181078[Edit Inv]

seems like main complaints are slow / freezing up while switching between programs frequently and multitasking,
has 16 gb ddr4 so performance probably more an hdd issue than not enough ram. 

not sure how much can be done without taking the computer in, but i'll probably stop by once more to try a few things 
before swapping it for a loaner to work on it for a longer period.

She asked for a tech to come by and check out her 
computer. She said it's very slow, tried to restart 
it and hasn't shown the login screen yet. Will 
update WOU number.
