swapped out the monitor for #20210546[Edit Inv] which is one 
of the new ones that are replacing all the old 
monitors in that room.

Monitor working fine. It does have some 
lines down the monitor but its still 
usable till we could oder a new one

Dear UCS,

It appears that one of the Dell Monitors in NS216 
is broken. It has a big vertical line down it when 
on the login screen and then just goes black after 
logging in.

The monitor in question is numbered 20160312[Edit Inv].
