Computer seems to not be freezing anymore. Will run 
updates and put it in the OUT BOX. Brianna will send 
a person to get it.

Swapped out the hard drive and has not freezed yet.

Emailed Brianna about the situation. She would 
rather opt for a new laptop. Will be in contact with 
her still regarding the old laptop.

student nathan thinks the hd is not working any more. they'll prob need to replace the computer if oneil (hi!) can't fix it. nathan is also gonna try something after i reimage it ...again

tried reimaging. wouldn't log in; froze. reimaged again. currently trying to update, etc. but once i logged in, it got stuck on ms edge, which wouldn't close. got dcu to open, but computer froze. trying a power cycle. it looks like the computer froze again before it made it to the login screen (the issue was happening previously; it was the reason why i reimaged it a second time.) 

if i can't get it to turn on and log in normally, i'll try reimaging a third time. otherwise, oneil is working this afternoon (hi!) and can take a look at it.

Laptop has 100% of storage used on the C Drive. Need 
to contact Brianna to see if she has important files 
on the c drive itself.

Went over to check it out. Staff in 208 said it 
would be best to take it on Tuesday (02/01/22) as 
Brianna will be back on that day.

Hello.

We use a laptop in the WOU Archives that is 
running really slowly. Is there any way to get it 
looked at to possibly fix this? Barcode: 20150265[Edit Inv]

It is located in room 208 of the library and can 
be picked up or used any time today or this week.
