The TPM one is busted so John said to just make the 
loner there the new permanent one. New one there is 
20160997[Edit Inv].

I put a loner in there and swapped the hard drive 
with the one in the loner. The computer is still 
giving TPM error on start up sometimes so Nathan 
said to just wait for John to take a look at it.

Issue still occurring, please give her some tips or maybe check it again.

"I was sent a closed ticket notification for this Service Request ID#78690but the computer is STILL giving the same message. I have reported it twice and twice was told it was fixed. Went in the room and twice it still didn't work. PLEASE get it fixed or replace the computer."

I popped the battery out and back in and now it is 
working fine. If it happens again just hitting f1 to 
reboot the computer usually will take care of it.
