Ike,
I'm so sorry for the delay.  Apple is having a 
tough time with their supply chain. All of Apple 
products are being pushed back longer and longer

The laptop was received today.  I am actually 
opening the box as I type.  We will be creating a 
Service Request (which you will be the recipient 
of this email)

Should not be too much longer.  I am not aware of 
what is in the queue before you, but we will get 
this imaged so we can get this to you soon.

Laptop was delivered today. Talked to John about it and he told me to have Ike put in for a computer replacement since his is out of warranty

still waiting on user to drop off the laptop, but will prepare for a quote request so it can be done quickly once the laptop is at UCS.

20170821[Edit Inv] has significant damage to the lcd, user is currently retrieving data and will drop off laptop with UCS soon.
possibly other hardware issues, but screen is done for :(

given loaner 20140358[Edit Inv] in the meantime!
