User called and is still experiencing issues with Tv. She asked to see if someone would be willing to show her how to connect. She is available tomorrow at 8:30am or noon, asked for a call before going over there

Hi Kristen,

I need some additional information regarding service 
request #78702

Description: Conference Tv HDMI connection not 
working 

When would be a good time to set up a meeting to 
come check that out with you. I'm here after noon on 
Tuesday and Thursday and all day Friday. If mornings 
would work better for you I can pass it over to 
another tech that would be available at that time.

Hi Sam,

Thank you so much! The conference room is WUC 
106D. The TV's # is 20161122[Edit Inv] and my computer # is 
20200981[Edit Inv]. The HDMI has been a problem for a few 
months at least (I started working here in 
November, and I was told that it was touchy before 
that too). As for the screen share issue, that has 
only been happening for the past week or so.

Hi there!

I'm having an issue with the tv screen in the 
Abby's House conference room and getting it to 
connect to my laptop. I was wondering if someone 
could come over and check it out? We could 
schedule a time next week or the week after to 
make sure I'm available and able to show you the 
issue and answer questions.

Some details about the issue:
The HDMI cord never works and it never registers 
that my computer is plugged in
I used to be able to screen share, but now either 
my computer or the tv is not letting me do it. The 
tv now wants me to connect through Wifi Direct, 
but that doesn't pop up on my computer as an 
option
