she said it didn't work (after i sent instructions). went over to look but couldn't do anything really cause she wasn't there and we need it to be under her account (learned something new today)

emailed her again to ask what she would like to do (try to troubleshoot via email, etc. or meet in-person). it seems like she's not there super often though? unsure.

Prompted a user and password, but when entering 
hers, it did not work. She needs to connect to the 
two ed building printers, and when she tries to 
print it does not.
