Adding the copy codes worked for Marcus. He is now able to print.

Sent Marcus instructions on how to add a copy codes for the printers to see if this fixes the problem. If not, he teaches in the morning but is on campus until 3pm tomorrow (Thursday) and will be available this Friday after 10:30.

print to them even though it says that he is 
connected.

I'm away from my office this week, but next week I will be back.  Would early afternoon next Tuesday (2/8) work for the setup?  I should copy some files off of my hard drive before you take the old machine.
