stopped by today and
+ re-added printer
+ ran some updates for big sur but told him that we weren't moving to monterey yet

seems to have fixed the problems, but will leave this open a few days to monitor :)

Multiple Issues to report since this computer was installed on Friday:
-OS Update not installing/ freezes up.
-Safari crashes and opens terminal, asks if he wants to send report to apple
-Every time he prints a document he has to enter in WOU username and Password. 
Location : 105 Student Success an Advising center 
5 today and wont be back until Monday. Email if you cannot make it today to schedule a time
