Alice Hodge	Feb 02, 2022 11:09 AM	printer in the 24 hr room was jamming repeatedly; troubleshooted today and got a rough fix for now - no visible paper jam, at most just the top sheet shifted a little - restarted with paper tray full, still jamming - after doing below fix once, refilling paper tray made it jam again + power cycling with paper tray half full resolved issue twice wrote a note for now to only fill tray 1 halfway, think the tray 1 feed rollers might have to be replaced!
