The loaner was returned. They received a new iMac see SR#78848

Took loaner to Terry House so that they could configure it to work for the WOUradio. Once this is setup on the loaner and they do not experience any issues we are going to re-image the 20140643[Edit Inv] WOUradio iMac and see if it will help improve the speed at all.

I need some additional information regarding service request #78753

Description: IFC funded computer 

I'm Monica with UCS. I looked through our Mac loaners and the ones that we have are the same year as the one that the WOUradio uses. We can try to re-image the computer to see if this helps with the speed. If this is something you would like to try. I would like to meet with you so that we can go over everything that is installed on the computer.
