Was able to get her Mac to work with the dell dock. She will keep us informed on how it works and what issues she experiences

Tested her dock and Mac and they come up. I wasn't able to test with her setup as the dock power was not there. Seeing if I can stop by tomorrow to make sure it works with her setup

I need some additional information regarding service request #78763

Description: Monitor/Adobe Issues

I'm Monica with UCS. I have worked on your Mac and was wondering if I could run some testes on the docking station you have? I can take over a loaner docking station in the mean time. Please let me know if there is a good time this week to do the switch.

Wasn't able to get the Mac to connect with the two monitors using a Dell dock. She has a temporary PC she is using while I try to get the Mac to work.

I have found a Dell laptop in our office, so I 
think I'll switch to this so I can set up with two 
screens.  Is it possible to arrange Monday next 
week?

The front computer is a PC.  When I go to connect 
to my Adobe and save on the PC, it says no 
Networks, and to change the settings through 
admin. 

If I had a Microsoft laptop, could I connect two 
screens?  It's set up correctly, it just is hard 
to go from the small to large screen.
