User came in, can't sign into Portal on latitude 
on Firefox. Chrome works, I can sign into mine on 
firefox, she has no problems using firefox on her 
other computer. But for some reason, on firefox on 
this Latitude, she can't sign in. She gets an 
error that reads: "Login error at step 3.0". 

Username is meaneym and the timestamp for most 
recent failed login is 10:11am 2/10/22 (Could also 
be 10:10, I wrote it down but I'm not positive 
whether or not the time changed before I wrote it 
down)
