since the issue is vague from the memos:
- problem was that even after successfully signing into CC desktop client, trying to sign in on Acrobat for the license was giving permission denied errors.
- believe the issue might've been caused by acrobat install somehow conflicting with creative cloud
+ resolved by uninstall/reinstall from within CC app which resolved the problem.
+ confirmed to work with both my account and the other student worker (not stephanie)
+ addl; to prevent any permission errors, recommend to open CC and sign in there, then launch acrobat from within CC. 

i'll email stephanie about this just to make sure she can use it successfully, and also reach out to tracy boyson so that she knows we've stopped by and resolved the issue.

also WOU# 20110178[Edit Inv] is the monitor, 20130122[Edit Inv] is the tower; updated both tickets to fix

I installed Adobe CC through the portal for her but 
it seems she's still having issues connecting.  She 
has admin rights so that's not the issue.

Hi Sam,

I am not sure if I have ever been made an admin on 
this computer. I have tried inputting my user & 
password like the tech said with just @wou.edu. It 
still says that I need admin access to the 
application.

Hi,

A UCS tech came by today and downloaded Creative 
Cloud on the computer in the office but I still 
need admin access to open & load Adobe Acrobat to 
edit our documents. Can we have another tech come 
by tomorrow sometime 1-3pm? I think we just need 
admin access and then the problem will be 
resolved.
