We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#78803)

Description: Computer Freezing/Shutting Down

We have cleaned out the physical computer hardware 
(sometimes too much dust collects) and installed 
updates. So far, we have been unable to replicate 
any further freezes or excessive noise. Do you 
remember what programs you were running specifically 
that triggered the loud noise?

running stress tests with Prime95 to see if I can 
replicate the loud noises

I've played around with the computer for a while and 
haven't had any problems with the fan or with it 
shutting down/freezing. Maybe it just needed turned 
off and back on again?

Description: Computer Freezing/Shutting Down

When would be a good time for someone to come by and 
look at your computer and the noise it is making? 
From your description, it sounds like we may have to 
give you a loaner and replace some of the hardware.

User called to report that the computer is not 
freezing anymore but rather the fan keeps making a 
loud noise, and when over exhausted the noise just 
keeps getting louder. 

He is available today till 12:15pm and on 
thursdays from 10-12:15pm. The noise is getting 
too loud to really use the device.

Computer keeps freezing and then shutting down 
randomly, maybe needs a loaner, but no special 
software is needed.
