Took back the laptop. On the Mac they need to sign in as ODSword so that word can be licensed. If logged in as ODS word will not license.

Emailed to see if we can reset the password. Once we get an answer from Rian we should be able to proceed with the Microsoft account licensing

20170926[Edit Inv] needed to be reconnected to the WOU secure wifi. Couldn't log in on a 
MASH account without wifi. Returned that one to ODS so they had at least one 
laptop to use for their test. The mac 20170928[Edit Inv] has a local user account (ODS) 
that can't register the office license since it is not a network account. 
ODSWord@mash.wou.edu could work but we don't have the password at the moment - 
waiting to hear back from ODS when they get that info.

Someone brought in two laptops. They need to get one back for tomorrow at 8am for a test. 

20170926[Edit Inv] said it won't let them login to the computer.

20170928[Edit Inv] Wants to use O365 but not have it connected to  a specific user for use. Need to talk to John to see if this is even possible or if they will need to use Rian acct for it
