Xerox guy came in on Friday (3/25) and replaced the fuser for the printer.

Xerox came yesterday but they sent the wrong part with the tech. They should be shipping a Fuser for me to replace

They have to order the part and then a Xerox tech will schedule a day and time to come and do the replacement.

Xerox Service Ticket# 25894848. A Xerox technician should be calling in 24hrs to schedule a day to come take a look at the printer. The printer is now jamming on the output tray about the last 1/4 of the page.

Paper Tray Rollers replaced. The printer is now working but it has some lines printing. Trying to contact eConcierge to get a tech to come work on the printer.

I pulled the paper out of there but every time it 
tries to print it stops and says it's jammed.  For 
now they will print to a different printer.
