stopped by today and talked with user, they didn't have the laptop on hand but they'll be bringing it on campus tomorrow.

gave them a few troubleshooting tips to try, but user will likely call tomorrow while they're available to have a tech come over and help troubleshoot.

Frustrated, having trouble printing, seems to need 
to reinstall the driver every time he needs to 
print, it works for a few days and then "can't 
find printer", printer is in his office 

Here today and will be here again on Tuesday. I'd 
recommend helping him as soon as possible- he's 
definitely frustrated with this issue
