Hi Sylvia,

I need some additional information regarding service request #78878

Description: Right monitor is having issues

According to my coworker, when he went into your office, he only found one monitor (which was working). To clarify, do you have the WOU# of the monitor which is not working? And your office is MNB 134? 

If possible, could you please provide detail on the issues your monitor is having?

I went into her office and there only seems to be 
one monitor in there and it is working fine.  I'm 
not sure which monitor this ticket is talking about.

Sylvia's right monitor is having issues. She is out tomorrow but said it was okay for us to go in while she is not there to get the monitor to work.
