Wifi works but ethernet seems to still not work. 
Could be a wall port issue?

New computer is already ready to be delivered. See 
SR#78866. Can close this ticket when the new 
computer is installed and we make sure the internet 
works.

Description: Computer Won't Connect to Internet

We were wondering if there is a good time for us to 
drop by and try to fix your internet issue? Or 
simply supply you with a loaner computer if you are 
getting a replacement.

and requested a replacement because it is a pretty 
old machine.
