Existing keyboard was not working, tried multiple different ports 
on the computer. Replaced with a new keyboard that worked just 
fine. Loud noise was not present today and was not causing 
problems (Mandy said it is inconsistent).

unlocked and a worker has permission to come into my 
office and work on the computer if I’m not here?

Hello, I’m located in RWEC 163. My computer won’t 
work, it turns on but won’t allow me to press 
ctrl/alt/delete to get to the desktop- maybe a 
keyboard issue? (I’ve checked to make sure it’s 
plugged in). The computer is also making a loud 
grinding noise. --
