appropriately.
I will be on campus Friday, 3/18/22, if someone 
could bring the other two laptops to RWEC 120 that 
would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jennifer,

We were just following up with you regarding a 
service request that we have for you.  (#78892)

Description: Laptops Pickup/Need Reimaging

I finished cleaning and resetting the 2015 and 2013 
laptops. Unfortunately, we cannot do anything with 
the 2010 computer because UCS does not support 
machines older than 2012. So, I was wondering if 
there was something you would like me to do with it? 
Otherwise, I can just return all three to you at 
your convenience.

20150251[Edit Inv] (dell) and 20130555[Edit Inv] (mac) are updated and 
ready to go back. 20100183[Edit Inv] is too old to PXE boot 
and image over IPv4. Need to image with USB or 
something.

They have been physically cleaned. Need to reimage 
and return to them. Seems like the 2010 is still 
usable (windows 10 is running on it), but they 
understand if we run into any problems and ends up 
not usable.

I have three laptops to be picked up, cleaned and 
then returned to the Div of Education & 
Leadership.

20150251/DELL = Darlene Fritz (no longer with WOU)
20130555/APPLE = Mickey Pardew (retired)
20100183/DELL = Adele Schepige (retired)

Also, please take Holly Sims (no longer with WOU) 
DUO token 1008964600028.

There is no rush. 

All items will be boxed and labeled for UCS in my 
office RWEC 120. My office hours are M, T W, F 
from 8-5pm.
