Tried updating OS. They are going to try and get a control board and harddrive ordered for  it

Xerox tech came said the software was installed incorrectly. They should be coming back with the OS to reinstall.

Printer is experiencing issues. It doesn't turn on all the way it keeps rebooting and get stuck in a loop unless is gets unplugged and then plugged back in. Called Xerox to tell them we are experiencing issues
