org 20181256[Edit Inv] s/n 1C8GWQ2 is being replaced and will have the same WOU# but the with the new s/n CMWBWQ2.  Inventory will reflect the new S/N.

Hi John,

Here are the things that I tried to get the 
monitor working: unplugging and plugging it back 
in, trying  a different cable, trying a different 
source shaking to make sure the brightness was all 
the way up. Nothing helped so the backlight is 
probably dead.
