copy code was in the department name field of the 
account track somehow. After I fixed that, printing 
seemed to work fine.

Thank you!  My computer is 20160905[Edit Inv].  I couldn't 
find a number on the printer- it's just the big 
copy machine/printer is the copy room of RWEC 
downstairs.  It's usually called Ed Copier- 
downstairs.  Thanks!

Thank you!  First, the Ed -copier downstairs is 
not an option to choose, only the Ed-copier (which 
is upstairs) and even when I added it, nothing 
prints.  Thanks you!

Sent her instructions on how to delete and add 
printers, she tried it, but still can't print.

Hello, 

You came to help me earlier this week in RWEC 163 
with my keyboard that wasn't working.  Now I am 
not able to print.  I can choose a printer but 
nothing prints and my jobs don't show up on the 
printer like they used to.  Probably a simple fix, 
I thought maybe a setting got changed when you did 
work on the computer?  Could someone potentially 
help me set that back up?  Thank you!
