Circling back on this, we now have two more SD 
cards that need to be reformatted. One of the SD 
cards has the same strange file names that we are 
unable to delete. The other SD card, will 
completely not allow me to access the files and 
will ask me to reformat. If we decide to reformat 
from our end, we get prompted up a sign saying all 
the information will be erased. We were hoping UCS 
could help us to reformat these SD cards hence the 
reason for reaching out. Please let me know if 
this is option is possible. For more context, our 
Dashcam equipment ID# is 20170791[Edit Inv]. It's a VanTrue 
N2 Pro. Thanks!

They messaged last week and asked about an SD card 
that wasn't allowing them to transfer files, and 
now they want help reformatting them. John said 
that they need to be reformatted in the camera so 
that it is properly formatted, but I don't think 
they fully understood that- above is the recent 
email
