never ended up getting sophos to work on this one, 
addl: ssd on it is going out, was going to return to user with the note that it was possibly going to fail soon, but then started on the sophos issue.

the user has a new setup ready for a different computer being GFA'd, so not sure what the best steps to finish this one are.

tried a few times to install sophos on this, failing due to a failure to retrieve group policy

can't locate sophos logs to grab specific code

It does not have sophos installed. I was trying to install but I don't think it worked. I would try installing it again. I left it on the tech counter.

i would look at sophos and see what it says
try to update it
reboot
make sure it thinks it's running
then scan it

going to reimage / update 20150605[Edit Inv] to resolve recurring issues with the machine, user needs this for printing to network printers
