brought back computer and instead of using the 
adapter we were able to just use a DP cable. so 
hopefully that works. going to keep the ticket open 
for a bit to see if it breaks again soon.

still cant get it to crash so i'm just goin to swap 
the graphics card so that it has the right ports for 
the cable that she has so that an adapter isn't 
needed

No shutdown over the weekend. Took the computer 
back, ran updates (updated zoom). The 2nd monitor 
has a DVI to DP adapter that is only used on her 
computer which could be something to look at if 
problems persist.

took over a loner and brought back the other one to 
test leaving it over night to see if it dies

This computer has an entirely new HD (NVMe). 
Probably need to ask her if she has installed any 
custom software. Or potentially a hardware/cable 
issue?

Has service request #78966 been closed? If so, I need to reopen or create a new ticket. My computer is still randomly shutting down. Yesterday it shut down a total of 4 times. Once while working at the computer, rebooted, and then it shut down while trying to log back into what I was working on.  Then the other 2 times was while I was away from the computer. It was off when I returned to my desk.

Moshe headed over before this ticket was created 
and noted that the issue is that the disk usage 
reaches 100% which causes the system to slow or 
freeze up. She called in to report today that it 
keeps freezing and crashing after just using zoom. 

This is her main computer so she would like for it 
to be looked at again as soon as possible.
