Printer is fixed. The paper was folded in one of the corners which was causing the printer to jam

Facilities 114.

I can do pretty much anytime this week except 
3:30-5pm today, 9-10 Tuesday,10-11 Thursday, and 
1:30-2:30 Friday.  The error message says paper 
jam in tray 1.

Hi Rebecca,

Have you tried checking on the paper tray and ink, 
there may be a jam there? What is the WOU# of your 
printer? Please try restarting your device and the 
printer as well to see if that ends up working.

Please help!.. My printer says it's jammed but I 
cannot find anything wrong with it.
