We have the dell computer fixed and booting properly 
for service request #78973. I was wondering when 
would be a good time to bring it back and swap it 
for the loaner?

swapped it from raid to AHCI in bios and it is 
booting up properly now.

couldn't repair W20190876 during visit, brought it back to ucs and installed loaner W20190872 for usage in the meantime

installed oclc client on the loaner for use by student worker

This dell computer is new and they have been using 
it fine for the first week till today when the 
error "dell support assist...recovery image" 
popped up, and despite rebooting it is stuck on 
that screen. The student workers use this computer 
to do their work so if a tech could stop by as 
soon as they can it would be good for them. It is 
located somewhere between HL 208/209.
