the HD and I installed the NVMe.

No problem. We can hopefully get your computer 
back to you tomorrow but we want to keep it for a 
little longer to make sure it doesn't go back to 
not sending a signal to your monitors. If 
possible, when we get it back to you, would you be 
able to pull what you need off of the hard drive 
onto an external drive so we can get the hard 
drives swapped out? There is no rush on it but, 
we've been trying to get them replaced when we can 
because there is a huge boost in performance.

I am honestly not sure what is on the hard drive. 
It has been a while since I have looked at what is 
saved there. I am sure there might be some 
articles from my graduate program that I would 
like to keep.

Hi Adrian,

I need some additional information regarding 
service request #79006

Description: Monitors Black Screen

We think that we have fixed your problem with your 
computer going to black screen, but we have 
noticed that it is running extremely slow. We are 
able to install a new hard drive that will make it 
much faster but we wanted to make sure that you 
didn't have any information saved on the current 
hard drive that you wanted saved. Please let us 
know if you have anything you want saved on there 
and if not we'll swap it so that it runs better.

I think I fixed the graphics card issue as I left it 
on for a while and it didn't loose the signal.

This is my first time on campus since 3/17/2022. I 
logged in today and everything booted up nicely 
but a few minutes into it, the monitors would go 
black while the tower was on and would give me the 
error message that there is no signal. I tried to 
shut down the tower again, and it was working fine 
again, but then the monitors went black again. 

I am currently in a colleagues office. My office 
is located in the Advising Center, Room 136.
