Printer is working. The paper sizes were not matching. She was trying to print 8.5 x 14 and her printer is set for 8.5 X 11.

Just needed to uncheck choose paper source by PDF page size

Hello,

For some reason, all of a sudden anytime HR sends me documents to print off, my printer won't print them.  Says the document is too big or something???

My printer is a Xerox Versalink B400
