Hi Brent,

We were just following up with you regarding a
service request that we have for you. (#79040)

Description: **before thurs pm**Microsoft Powerpoint
no product key

For some reason office 2016 was installed on that
computer and not office 365 so that is why it wasn't
automatically signing you in. We've fixed and tested
it, so now you should be all set for your class on
Thursday. If anything else occurs let us know.

Thanks,
Justin Cope

ITC RM 311, Brent King teaches a class today and
thursday, he needed to use the microsoft
powerpoint but an error popped up "Microsoft has
no product key" and so he is unable to use that to
lecture. He would like the device looked at
hopefully before his class on thursday
(afternoon).
