Xerox Technician came today and replaced the power supply. Printer seems to be functioning properly.

Tried updating OS. They are going to try and get a control board and harddrive ordered for  it

Printer is experiencing issues. It doesn't turn on all the way it keeps rebooting and get stuck in a loop unless is gets unplugged and then plugged back in. Called Xerox to tell them we are experiencing issues
