Hi Micah,

I need some additional information regarding service request #79080

Description: Slow Computer

We've swapped out your pc for a loaner pc. We plan on reimaging your pc to see if we can fix the slowness of it. Do you have any important files on this pc that you need to back up? If not, we can go on ahead with the reimaging process.

Doesn't need any special software, I'm assuming the 
computer needs to be reimaged. She said her office 
is unlocked and we can go in after 2 pm today or 
anytime tomorrow and swap the computer for a loaner.

I was just wondering if someone could check out my 
computer in RWEC 153. 

It is very very slow. The monitors work great just 
wondering if I am in need of a new computer. It’s 
been slow since I received it (I started with WOU 
in January). No error messages, just takes about 
10 minutes to turn on and then when it’s logged 
due to inactivity it takes awhile to get back in.
