Hello,

I have submitted tickets in the past about a slow 
computer, but it seems like it is getting worse. I 
have been trying for nearly two hours to do my 
normal activities and everything is taking a very 
long time. Opening up Excel takes several minutes 
and saving takes as long. I can't flip between the 
portal and excel and PowerFaids without a lot of 
delay. Everything eventually works, but not 
without a lot of frustration on my side. I know my 
computer isn't that old and it was reimaged in the 
winter of 2020, but I am getting very frustrated 
with how slow the computer is. I am not sure if 
anything can be done, but wanted to bring it up 
yet again.

Computer took over an hour to boot up this 
morning, she said it has had issues in the past 
but not this bad, it usually does better after it 
has had time to warm up, but she would like 
someone to take a look. She uses Powerfade so a 
loaner would be complicated, might be best to work 
on the computer in her office. She's gonna call 
back later this afternoon if it's still an issue.
