Sam Sevugan	Apr 13, 2022 01:28 PM	Jodie called in to report that her computer is presenting a hold for authentication error whenever she tries to print to the printer in the Art Office. She couldn't give me the WOU# but its called Threesisters-CA-Ansel. She would like it looked as soon as a tech can stop by. The error is also just happening with her computer and that printer when she prints but her coworkers are all fine. The printer is located in Campbell Hall 102 and is in Laura Killips Office.
