nathan said we will replace the laptop (not the 
dock or monitor, though). it's old enough to not 
be worth repairing. need to email user to relay 
information and ask if she wants another mac or if 
she wants a pc. 

laptop can just go to pdr (unless we find a use 
for it in the office??)

they would have to pay to get it fixed unless we

Picked up new loaner and took 20180651 temporarily 
to grab her files on it. She will be dropping it off 
tomorrow possibly. 

She wants a new loaner since the one she's using 
currently is slow

She's going to be dropping it off, she needs the 
screen replaced, it sounds like it's broken/not 
working. She request a MacBook loaner in the 
meantime, she does use a specific licensed 
software, but she has a desktop in her office that 
has the software, so she should be okay for the 
time being.
