The WUC Information Desk is in the process of 
transferring desks. We're currently able to access 
the internet at the desk computer but we are 
unable to make calls from zoom. We would greatly 
appreciate it if you could have someone help 
troubleshoot this issue so that we can make calls 
again.

At the desk we take phone calls through zoom on 
our desktop computer. When we try to make calls 
zoom pops up a notification saying that the call 
failed and a second notification that says that 
there is no audio device connected. We have a 
headset connected that we use when we take calls. 
We also have a physical phone at the desk and 
we're unsure if that being disconnected is causing 
the problem since the calls can be received on 
either device.
