Talked to her and ultimately came to the conclusion that reimaging it was the best way. She wants it over the summer. Will wait until then.

Called in to request for a tech to check on her 
macbook 20191087[Edit Inv], whenever she runs a program it 
start randomly being slow, and logging in takes a 
long time. If a tech is free today, she can drop 
it by and have someone take a look. But if not, 
she would like to be contacted @ 760-807-3668 
(cell) to speak with a tech and bring in her 
device upon availability.
