checked back in, and looks like a reboot got her to 
access her device, the error of "no hard drive 
installed" is still popping up, (attached a image to 
her email) but she can use her device for now.

Called in to report that their device 20200306[Edit Inv] 
suddenly stopped running and upon restarting she 
is met with "no hard-drive installed" error on a 
black screen. She is hoping a tech would take a as 
soon as they can, because this is her primary 
workstation. If needed, she would like a loaner as 
well.

Today - till 5
Tuesday - 8am, 10am, and 2pm
