unplugged the dock and pugged it back in and 
everything started working fine.

Went over with Justin. Issue was resolved by unplugging and plugging back the usb c cable from the doc.

Called in to report that her device just suddenly 
started freezing up and lagging. It started 
bluescreening and then stopped after a forced hard 
restart. Now the device is taking too long to do 
anything and it does not load up anything well 
either. Hopefully a tech can check this out or set 
her up with a loaner because this is her primary 
work station. 

She has a laptop connected to two monitors.
