Hi Mandy,

I wanted to check in and see if you are still having 
problems with your second monitor, keyboard and 
mouse?

Is the metal basket working alright as a solution 
for you? We probably can't get you longer cords than 
the ones you already have, but we could maybe 
reorganize the setup to work better with your raise 
desk.

lastly, unfortunately I don't believe we are 
replacing 2016 computers yet. If the noise/speed of 
your computer is hindering you too much, we could 
potentially get you a loaner or hard drive upgrade.

I'm not sure... I think all of the cords need to be 
longer? Or I suppose I could find some kind of stool 
for the PC to sit on?

One more thing!  Would I potentially be able to 
get longer cords for the computer?  I have a 
standing desk now and when I go to raise the desk, 
the cords are too short.  Thank you!

Hello! I’ve recently moved offices. Someone moved 
my computer and set it up for me but it’s not 
working properly. I was hoping someone could come 
over and set it up for me? I want to be sure the 
printer and WiFi works too- right now just one 
monitor turns on and the keyboard and mouse don’t 
work. Also, I don’t know if I am eligible for a 
new computer but my computer is very slow and 
makes loud grinding noises. 

I’m in RWEC 124. I will be in and out all day for 
meetings. If you send someone over and I’m not 
here, you have permission to enter. Thank you!
